Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number was sent to the email address you used at checkout, in our "Your order has shipped" email. It usually arrives 24–48 hours after you place your order.
If you can't find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Contact us at info@soalora.com and we'll resend it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. From there, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
You can upgrade to insured priority shipping at checkout for faster handling.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — should I worry?
It's completely normal for tracking to go quiet for several days while your package is in transit between carriers, especially during international handoffs. Updates resume as soon as the next carrier scans the package.

I haven't received my tracking number yet
Tracking numbers are emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order, once the package has been picked up by the carrier. If it's been longer than 48 hours, please contact us at info@soalora.com.
